I've created a slideshow in pse, in output, I selected burn DVD it saved it as a wmv file and it opened in pe3 I added a menu and hit the burn DVD button. pe encoded it but when it began to burn the DVD I got the following message.the data rate is to high for the DVD you must replace the file with one of a lower data rate. Has anyone else had this problem? I have previously burned a slideshow of about the same size and it worked ( about 125 still photo's and a 30 sec. video.

Paul,

See if my response (#7) in the Thread link below helps:

One of those suggestions should resolve the problem.

Have you made a complete comparison of content involved (photo resolution, etc) when you got the message and when you did not? Did you assign the correct profile (such as NTSC DVD) before the writing to wmv began in Photoshop Elements?
