locked photo

Hello,
I am new at photshop but I have photoshop4.0 and I have locked a picture. it shows a box with a torn line through it. Is there any way to retrieve this pic. and if so could someone be kindenough to write each step down for me

Are you seeing this from within the Organiser or is it when you try to open it in the Editor ?

Hello Wendy, this thread was posted twice. I answered in another thread. Hopefully they will get the photo to open.;) Here is my reply to the first post. Are you trying to open in the Editor or Organzier? If your in the Organizer, try going to the Welcome page of Elements and click on Edit and Enhance Photos and go to where the photo was originally saved and see if you can open from there.
