Warp Text Dialogue Box

When using the TEXT tool, you can click on the "Warp Text" option to warp the text. When that box is open, you have the option of distorting the text horizontal or vertically. Is there a dialogue box, like that one, which can be used to do the same thing for selctions, photos etc? I know you can skew selections to try and get the same effect, but I want to know if there is a dialogue box that can be used to achieve the same effect? Please advise.

No I'm afraid that there isn't :(

About the best you can do is Edit>Transform then use the different options in there ..

Hi,
have you investigated the distort filters?
Filters >> distort
You can do some wild and crazy stuff or just change things a little.
Worth a look.
