Where did I put Panos filmstrip?

I got a new computer and am moving PSE5 and all the downloads. I apparently tried to load it a bunch of times and its all over the place. Which and where is the right one? I had it in the right place because I used it.

They go in a different place in PSE 5 than before. Put the folder with Panos' actions here:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\5.0\Photo Creations\special effects
