hi Laurie,
I too subscribe to Webshots ...
... I'm not sure what you mean by "I have not been able to find PSD files to download to by albums" could you explain a little more please.
Are you talking about uploading your own images to Webshots or downloading images from Webshots to your computer?

:D I am trying to ( i guess) upload pictures from my desktop to my Webshots albums. When I "search for Photos" it does not find the PSE3 images. It locates images that I have changed and saved without using the layers, Elements saves them as a PSD, and I can open them only by going to find them directly thru Elements. I must be doing something wrong, but has been frustating spending time fixing photos and not being able to show the best jobs on Webshots.

Laurie,
Resave your images as jpgs ... I think that Webshots doesn't take PSDs.
To do that simple do File>Save As
You get the save screen comes up
Towards the bottom you will see Format ... and it will say Photoshop
Change that to JPG then save it with a new name
You may also need to resize your images as I seem to remember that Webshots has a pixel size limit. If you do need to resize then use Save for Web instead of Save As.
If you need any more help just let me know :)

I had an attorney contact me wanting $500 for using a webshots.com photo -Be careful-you could be next-- he wrote to me
"Webshots was never authorized to license my client's images and, in fact, my client has had prior infringement claims against them. Under the circumstances, my client is willing to resolve the matter by granting a retroactive license to you for a fee of $250 for each image, or a total of $500"

Webshots do spell out their terms and conditions pretty conprehensively ... so I would suggest that you contact them ..
