Exporting video

After I create a project in premier elements I am having trouble getting good quality video when I export it to WMV. Does any one have any suggestions on settings so the video won't be pixalated.

When I used window movie maker and export the video on large screen op quality the video looks fine. What settings can I use to achieve those results in this software. I am mostly using the video for the web.
