Hello all:
Just purchased the new bundle, and re-joined the magazine. I saw a few people post on the fact that the "create DVD template" wizard is no longer in PSE5.
Have just started to experiment, but I was able to load the template files into Photoshop CS2 and make any edits I wanted. I re-saved to a copy of one of the folders. In the Adobe directory for PE3, there is a folder for the DVD templates. I just copied a folder, along with it's sub folder, and re-named it. It now shows up in the DVD menu list in PE3. The files I did edits to (main menu and sene menu) load into a project no problems.
I changed the background, font, applied blend mode changes to the type etc. - all carried over fine.
I have not yet attempted using PSE5 - will try that next.
If anyone has additional info, I would greatly appreciate. I upgraded as I am going to be creating a series of woodworking related how-to DVD's, and really need to customize per the content.
By for now.
