Pleased you like it.
I used a program called 2020 to make a seamless tile then saved it as a pattern.
Opened a new page and filled it with the pattern.

When you say you saved your tiled image as a pattern in 2020 did you give it a different file extension?

Pleased you like it.
I create the seamless tile then save it as a Jpeg. Then in elements I define it as a pattern. As I'm using PSE 5 I then open a new page, fill it with the pattern.Save that as a Jpeg and copy it to the Backgrounds folder of 5. Doing this means I can use it as a background to any size of page, just with one click.
