Font ?

When you install a font do you install it into elements or somewhere else?

C:\Windows\Fonts. Just move the .ttf (or other font file) there, and it will be available to any and all programs that use fonts.

Hi Chris

For windows just put it with all your other fonts restart elements and all is good. I think you can just right click the font and hit install but I usually drag it into the font folder.

I save it to fonts folder on the computer, then the new fonts work not only in elements , but word or anything else.
Here is my pathway
start>my computer>C drive> windows > fonts
took me awhile to get this one figured out. The unzip stuff really through me for a loop.

Chris... it took me forever to figure out how to add new fonts. It was before I found this forum. I mean days... :eek:
