Looks like Adobe cancelled there 150.00 unlimited tech support plan. I was told they were going to start charging 30.00 per isuue, however many issues will already be covered for free in elements 5.0. (not sure wich ones)
Thats what I was told when I tried to renew my tech support plan for photoshop elements as well as premier elements.
So my question I guess is who else does tech support on elements (if anyone)
Anyone know?

Yep, that would be my thought! You have access to people from all over the world, and are probably more knowledgeable (sp) because they use elements constantly.
Yep. ELEMENTS TECH SUPPORT: www.photoshopelementsuser.com/forum !!!
Perfect picture: Did you actually pay $150 for tech support???? Yikes! that is a lot of money!!!!

Hope you filed a bug report cos that's a bug. Based on my limited testing it only appears to lose it when you add something new and the artwork and effects regenerate. Maybe Adobe intended it that way to discourage us from adding all that neat stuff from Panos, Graffi and others :D
Hmm - not sure I'd really want to pay $150 to have tech support tell me that's a bug and it won't be fixed until PSE6

Hi Tony ...
Rebuilding the Artwork & Effects is a bit like deleting the prefs ... and it does seem to reset the favourites back to zero :(.
Its certainly something that needs to be raised for the next version ...

George: If you upgrade to full Photoshop the annual tech support service plan is $1200 (plus sales tax). That would buy you a lot of forum subscriptions and a few good books as well :)

I think I will stay w/Elements and the forum. Can't go wrong w/the nice folks here, beats the heck out of tech support any day.;) Besides for that kind of money I could buy that SLR camera I've been wanting.
