View Full Version : Using PSE3 to paint photos!

After hanging out at the photo art site I mentioned in the links forum I tried a little "painting" using the smudge tool. I need lots of practice, but it's kind of interesting! What do you think? Everybody try it! (PET staff, this would be a neat video tute!)

Kerri,

Oh that is good .. it gives a really nice soft effect.

Marilyn, who does Grant's challenge is a master at using the smudge tool ... but wouldn't you know that she hasn't used it this week :)

A while back she gave me a link to a tutorial for this effect but I didn't get round to trying it out.

You have done so well with it !!
