Saving Templates

Hello I created a Poster Presentation and a Digital Frame but want to save them as Templates...how do I do that? I want to reuse the Template and all I have to do is add the picture to it.

Please advise.

Hi

I have a folder for templates.

The key is to save them as a PSD file to retain the layers if you have them or possibly a png for just dropping a photo onto.
