Pixcentral

I size my image and upload it to Pixcentral fine. But when I copy the url from Pixcentral to the forum, all I get is the writing, not the picture. What am I doing wrong?:confused:

Just to be sure below is a sample of which box to copy.

I usually place my cursor in the box and triple click.. then edit copy.

Ron, are you copying the first or second link under the photo? The second link it the one to copy the thumbnail photo to paste in your post. If you are not doing it with the triple click but by highlighting it and right clicking to copy, make sure you get the brackets [ ] at the beginning and the end or it won't work.

Ron, I have seen people suggesting to triple click on the URL, but that has never worked for me. Maybe that depends on what browser those people use. I use IE7 and before that IE6. the way I copy the URL is to place my cursor at the very beginning of the URL, and then DRAG it across to the end. When I do that, it highlights itself, then I press CTRL C (for COPY) and then I paste it into my text using CTRL V

Yeah, you got it. Don't worry about the [IMG] before and after the thumbnail. I have noticed some times that happens and sometimes it doesn't.

I got it done; only question left is why I get [IMG] [IMG] to print at each side of the picture.

That's usually because you've used "insert image" in the reply to thread toolbar. All you have to do is copy then paste the link (as Butch said - Ctrl C then Ctrl V) into the text box. You can use Preview post to see if it's worked right before hitting the Submit Reply button
