I have PSE 3. I have spent approximately 2 years scanning, tagging and cataloging about 4,000 photos. Once I had these in organizer, I did a backup saving all photos and tags and sent copies of all of this to three of my relatives to share them and also to make sure someone else could use and preserve all the work I put into it. Most of these photos are very old and took considerable research to figure out who they were and the dates.
As the word gets out in my family, I am again starting to receive more old photos to incorporate into the catalog. I have purposely put any new photos being added into a different folder on my C: drive to keep a separation between those I have already shared with these three relatives so I can also send the new received photos to these people once tagged and cataloged.

I have looked all over in the program, read threads, read the book I purchased, and experimented trying to figure a way to "back up" "only the newly tagged and cataloged photos". I know I can just copy the new photos and send them but I also want to share the tagging and cataloging I am doing on these newly added photos. The backup program appears to only back up everything which includes those I have already shared with these people. Is there any way to back up "ONLY" the NEWLY ADDED photos with their tags in these newly created file folders?
