Hi Everyone

I do traditional scrapbooking. My layouts are 12 x 12" but my scanning bed is only 9 x 11". So I would need to scan my layouts in two parts and then somehow "stitch" or merge them together to form one layout.

Is this possible with pse 3.0?

Thanks so much for any help you can provide.

Hi Wendi ...

Yes it is ... just scan twice (allowing a good overlap) and then use Photomerge to stitch them together :)

Thanks so much for your reply Wendy. However, I am still quite new to pse so I'm afraid that I would need a step by step explanation.

I think I would scan the two halves of my layout with overlap and save them each as a separate file in the organizer??? Is that correct? If so, then what would I do? Sorry, but I am really quite lost.

Thanks again for your help.

Hi Wendi ...

I'm a Mac user so I donlt use the organiser but you need to scan both with an overlap then save them.

Then in the Editor do File>New>PhotoMerge Panorama ... :)

Wendi, Wendy is right, even in windows you have to go into the editor, but it works great. Good luck.
