~Error Message~

I am using Elements 4.0 and Premier 2.0.

When trying to burn DVD I am getting an error message. No number with it...It just says error.



I rendered the work area.

I've converted it to an AvI.

I shut down my Norton system and turned off my screen saver.



ANY help would be appreciated. If there is anything else you think I should do let me know.

I don't use Premiere, but I do have Pinnacle, which seems to be very sensitive. In addtion to turning off my Anti virus, I completely disconnect from the internet (which I am sure you do if you turn the antivirus off :D )and then use END IT ALL to turn off all that junk running in the background. Before any of that I defrag and disk cleanup. That always seems to make thing go smoother......
