Film strip custom shape

Thanks for the download of the film strip custom shape. Is there a way we can create other custom shapes and save them as such? (I thought I read something on the forum about this, but couldn't find it via the search.)

You can download them (and there are thousands avaialable) but you can't create and save your own with Elements - for that you need the full Photoshop version. There are some workarounds though if there is a unique shape that you really want to have available. The thread you were looking for may have been this one:
