PS Elements 3 Photo Browser.....

I have lost the ability to view photos on the browser. It is asking me to drag and drop images. I would like to select images by "clicking" the image(s).
Right now the browser screen is blank. AND when I open window on tool bar photo browser is "dimmed" So... how do I restore Photo Browser so I can view all my photos again???

It may have something to do with PSE or PSI what ever these are.

Hi,
Resetting the preferences is always worth a try: Press and hold the CTRL, SHIFT and ALT keys as you launch the Editor. You'll get a pop-up box asking if you want to delete the settings, answer Yes.

When I try to open the organizer I get an "Out of Memory" error. Have uninstall and reinstalled but it does not help. Would it a corupt file, picture or what ever in the catalog, adn if so how do I find it and remove it?
