Replicate effect?

Can someone tell me how to replicate the effect of this text?

I've tried the spherize filter and it does not work.
Anyone have any other suggestions?!

Try the warp text option when you're in text mode- it's the T with the curved line under it. Once you're in that option, use the bulge warp feature.

I'm using PSE5, but I think this was the same in PSE4.

After typing your text, go to the right-hand side of the top toolbar (see arrow on example below) and use the warp text tool. It looks like "bulge" is the one you want to use.
