Help need advice

I'm in the process of researching a good overall cam-recorder to put moves of pets on my website. Whats better with DVD recorder or digial?? Also I want a good resolution to look like a better than normal camera. My plans are to get Premiere within the next few weeks.:confused:

Anytime you can stay digital your better off (IMHO). And if you ever go to Hanford say Hi to my kid brother. :)
