I logged in at work w/no problem and now when i try to get to the gallery, it's asking for a subscriber code. I don't remember getting one. Help, thanks :(

ooops
You must have lost your cookie at home. If you are a subscriber you got a code. :) I think its happened to just about everybody once.
Check the contact info out on the home page (sorry I can't remember who to contact) or maybe you have saved your email with your subscriber info in it.
Your code should be in that email.
Hope this helps a bit

Hi Gary I check my welcome email and it just gave me my username and password. It didn't mention a code

Hopefully Jan will be around to steer you in the right direction.
I just checked my old emails and couldnt find the code either, I do have it saved in another spot though so I can retrieve it.
Gary.

Hi there,
The subscribers area didn't start until a while after the rest of the site so the email would have been separate to the welcome one.
Mine was headed up "Photoshop Elements Techniques Access Code For Subscriber-Only Area" and was dated to 30th December.
Hope that helps :)

OK here's the scoop. At home when i sign on for to access the gallery, it asks for my code. here at work, when i sign on to access the gallery, it asks for my user name and password, which is the only thing i have. I don't have a code # for my home. I originally purchased the magazine and signed on here at work, so i'm wondering if that's the problem why when i log on at home it's different. I'm confused

I'm going to have to guess that you clear your cookies at home, when you shut down or close your browser.
I'm not sure, but I don't think the site checks your IP address or anything like that for verification when logging in.
Wendy:
I can't find the email ..I thought I had saved them all  guess I missed one.... . I still have my code saved in another spot, but I usually save both the emails and the info. Oh well.
Gary.

Gary,
It took me a while to find mine ... and I don't have the code saved elsewhere.
But I do now :)

Hi Everyone, thanks for all your help. This is what happened (I think). When i first bought the magazine, i must have logged on as a member and i have a code number at my computer at home. For my computer at work, i have my username to log on w/. So i must be in here twice.
