:eek: Am I the first to receive this volume of the Newsletter, or one of the last? I looked and didn't see anyone mentioning it.

Karen and I both seem to get ours a full issue behind everyone else! I still haven't received mine and I don't think Karen has either! :( :( Two issues back, I had to request another one, as it just didn't arrive at all!

I am still waiting as well. It's funny, I know from a thread when V3.7 came out, I was one of the first to get mine. Now it looks like Wisconsin is going to be one of the last ...go figure.

What is the normal delivery time for the first issue after signing up for the newsletter. Is it weeks or months?

For the first issue they say 6-8 weeks.

That is odd you haven't received yours yet. I live in Madison, about 90 minutes west and I received my copy 3 weeks ago. The bags have been sticking. I had that happen with the last one, someone's copy was stuck to mine. Being only 9 block from here, I dropped it off.:confused:

Wow, I got mine before Eastern Canada. That has to be a first. Hi Carol. Haven't talked with you for a long, long, time. I see you're still typing fast as ever :D . I used to have to call Elements for every issue for over a year and now I think they've got the problems fixed... well at least for me.
