Glasses Glare in PSE 5.0

Any ideas on how to remove glare from a person's glasses using Elements 5.0?

The easiest way is to buy them Crizal (i think thats how you spell it) lenses that dont make a glare. at least until the coating gets scratched like mine. My glasses have bigger problems than that though. I'm missing a nose piece, and the left sleve that coats the end has broken in half so its just the piece of metal on the end. Anyone know an easy way of fixing that in 4.0?

Its a good thing I have contacts, I dont know whay I would do.
