I have been experimenting with a technique developed by a man named, Andrzej Dragan.

And how could I do this (http://andrzejdragan.com/foto/foto27.html). He does have some remarkable pictures but how they're done is a bit obscure (http://andrzejdragan.com/foto/retouch.html).
