I know that the sizes for the gallery are really, really really small, but is there any kind of watermark that protects them from naughty people??? Or other techie type thing I don't know about?

All the images are loaded up as is. With any image that is put on the web there is no gaurentee that it won't be copied or pirated in some form. Even if there was a security against someone saving your image, there is no security for the ole' Print Screen.

Usually the best method to watermarking your images is putting your little stamp on the image itself then uploading it.

This is a major problem throughout the Web but as things evolve we'll try to find a way to keep the images more secure.

The good thing about this gallery is that the majority of people visiting the site are here to appreciate eachothers work and will hopefully respect all the hardwork that went into creating these images.

If you'd like to apply a copyright symbol to your work, before you post it, create a new layer, click on the text tool, and hold the Alt key while typing in 0169. That will create the little copyright symbol. Then type your name in, adjust the type size to whatever size and color you want, then apply it to your image.

Carole,

It may be worth making a signature brush so that you can add it to your images ..

Here is info on how to do that:
