Quite a few folks have gotten new cameras, lenses, etc over the last week, so here's a nice easy topic that should let everyone participate.

One year ago tonight one of my favorite bars served it's last beer. I visited the door today out of respect; the door on the left took you to into the 3- B Tavern. "B" can be seen as 2 in the alphabet and three of them equal 6. Right next door is where I take something that I want professionally framed. Add that address together and it gets trippy.

True or false? Other than the frame and a bit of warming this image could be straight from the camera.

Not too exciting but as I use my camera to take pictures of old documents I thought this was a good excuse to see how well my new one worked. Taken from about 3 feet away using the on-camera flash. Still reasonably legible even after downsizing for web posting - and an old Chambers dictionary isn't the most legible of print....

Couldn't think of a thing but 7 exposures of a reflective fire number. There was just enough light to scribble the settings and i almost know what did what.
