I'm having problems printing to a HP Designjet 30n, wide carriage printer. Files are large. Will first part of page perfectly, then maybe 30%-50% across the page, everything becomes red or magenta...no other colors. Have tried printing through network and direct........same results.

Any ideas?

I would try the following :

- Reinstall the drivers
- Unplug and reconnect the USB cable in another USB port if there's one available (or switch equipment)

But I'm no Windows expert...

I have the new hp deskjet 9800 wide format printer and I too am having problems printing. I did alright printing out a 12x12 page on a 13x19 paper but it didn't look like what it did on my screen. Also when I tried to print it on 12x12 cardstock it wouldn't print. I have not been very happy with this printer but it was highly recommend and I've only had it 3 months and spend $270 on it so it's mine now. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Dwight,
I'd have to agree with Ray's advice. My HP all-in-one prints best with HP paper.
The old rule of thumb applies here....dance with who brung ya.....:) Epson printers print best on their paper, etc. I hope this helps.
