Resize for e-mail

I have been sending photos (from Elements 4, MacOSX 10.4.5) to Email using the "Attach to Email" function within Elements -- however, the photos are still too big.
Is there a way to further adjust the size of photos?

There should be several size options. Which one are you using? If the smallest (320x240px in PSE5, yours maybe different) is still too big (that's pretty small, though), you can manually resize the image and then send it. :)
