Where is color settings?

I'm on a mac platform and am trying to create a color-managed image:
When I follow the instructions in the help menu:
1. Open a file and choose Edit > Color Settings.
2. Select one of these color management options:

"Color Settings" does not appear under edit. Can someone please guide.

Hi Frank ...

PSE4 it is under Edit>Colour Settings ...

.... but if you are using PSE3 then it appears under Photoshop Elements>Colour Settings :)

Sorry, Wendy. Should have mentioned that I'm still in PSE 2. However, It's same as in PSE 3.
