VGA resolution?

My son bought me a copy of PSE5 for Xmas. I have tried to load it but when i click the install icon I get a message "this program required VGA resolution"

What does this mean? I have been running PSE3 for a couple of years with no trouble. My monitor is a 17 " SXGA 1280X 1024 @ 75 HZ.

Try setting your resolution to 1024 x 768 for the install and then change it back if you prefer. Let us know how that works.
