Posting To Gallery

Is any one else having problems updating into their gallery. I have tried 5 times through out today to add a picture, but the site keeping timing me out and responding by "This page can not be displayed". I have never had this problem before.

I have been having intermittent trouble just viewing Gallery pages, so suspect something there.
