"Stuck" first image

On all images but the very first one uploaded, I have the option to "make main" or "delete". On the very first one, there are no options like that, and that's the one I want to delete, to substitute the sharper version.

Underneath all of my images I have the "Delete" option and "Make Main" under all except the one which is currently the main...

If you have that option under all the others is it not possible to load another image ... click on "make main" then delete the original ?

I have the "Delete" option under all images, so I can remove any of them including the main one.

Hmm.......I think there is a problem - all the options under all my images have now vanished. Can't do anything with any of them. Maybe the server doesn't like my pictures :lol:

Yup - I just tested it by uploading another - that one was the only one that had any options available. I think I'll stop messing with it and wait for the bugs to get sorted after the weekend. Mike - you must be lucky or know how to talk nicely to computers :lol:

Kerriann, we update the site on Fridays because we want to offer new tutorials and features so you can play with them over the weekend. If there's another day that everyone would prefer for site updates, I'm open to suggestions!

All you have to do is check another image to Make Main, and the image you want to delete will no longer be the main image, and the delete option will return.

Tried that -- the one that's my main isn't the one I want to delete. The first one is still missing the "delete", "make main" options.

Having just gone through a nightmare of a forum launch that was 18 months in design and creation, I know how aggravating it is to have someone tell you that something's not there when it's supposed to be, but I promise...it's not there on my first image. :)

Yes, it would be handy for all those new people who ask "how do I delete something.....?" We can just answer "you just need some pixel dust" and here's where you get it.....
Might be the newest addition to PSE! (replaces the clone tool?)
