I would like to be able to know how many hits I am getting on my website. Don't have a clue how to do it but I know it can be done. :?

I've heard of this one but I've never used it;

There's so many sites on the wb devoted to this....just put ' hit counter' in the search box.

Thanks Jodi. I'm not a big "searcher" guess that's obvious huh. NOT... :shock:

Hey Jodi, I went to the site and found the counter I want. I copied the code as instructed but I have not got a clue where to edit to put it on my site. I don't write html code I let Publisher do it for me so I don't know where to find the code to paste it too.

Can you help? I'm sorry I'm such a dummy on this stuff. :oops:

Hello, gosh i just snuck in here for a minute or two cause I'm awfully busy today but i found a link that should help you....it doesn't matter that you didn't get the counter from here...it's just telling you where to put the code.

...look in the ' put code in other programs'....link

Dixie, you are certainly no dummy. You at least have the "build a website" figured out! I don't! I'll be coming to you for help when I start one, I'm sure.
:)

For instance, I don't even know what Publisher is. Is that a good thing to use to start with?
