Blending

How do I blend edges after I have cut an image out of a photo to place into another one? without it looking like crap...:confused: If I blur it looks "eh"
It take me forever if I erase all the spots ( sorry no good with the lingo)

Is there an easier way?? My head is sore from banging on my desk..:(

Jorja, with the object selected, go to Modify>contract> pick as small amount 1-2 pixels, Select Inverse > delete. They I go into the selection again (make sure your object is selected not the inverse) and modify>contract> 1 pixel and then chose to feather it by 1 pixel which will soften it a bit. If it's a high res picture you might want to choose 2 pixels. Experiment a bit with the number.
