How to put photo in the photo bin???

Just starting and went to create "A simple Scrapbook Page" on the online tutorials. 1st thing "open all the images you plan to use so they are visble in the photo bin"
It is late at night and could someone tell me how to do that.

Hi...

When you open an image it automatically goes into the Photo Bin, which shows your images as thumbnails below the main work area.

To open (and close) the Photo Bin, click on the small arrow located to the left of the words "Photo Bin" in the bottom left hand corner of the screen:
