Lots of good entries again this week .... but no comments?? It's almost as though there is something else going on this time of year.
Steven - You have very creative friends! There is so much going on in the first one, and I'm sure I'm only seeing bits of it. Nice photo on your part too!
Tony - Your light source worked wonders. There's no way of telling it's under glass and the colors look terrific. Thanks for the link too .... unless you know, Doodlebug sounds so innocent.
Sissy - A twofer ... the basket and the quilt! You're really multi-talented. Nice shot.
Norma - The arrangement is beautiful and your photo really captured it crisply. Thanks also for the nice comment.
Peaches - Both of your photos are great ... and what different subject matter! The art in your sister's bowl plays more closely to my tastes, but your mom and dad did a wonderful job on the nativity. Congrats to all of you!
Helen - Fred is very fortunate! You not only did a wonderful job on the stocking, but your photo shows the intricacies very nicely.
Carol - I hear you on the time thing. I really liked the way the colors jumped out from the center of the quilt. Did you light it that way or do a vignette in PSE?? Very nice.
Ellen - Sorry we missed the truffles, but I liked your shot a lot. The colors are great and I like the composition with the trees in the background.
Kimi - You're getting pretty comfortable with the new camera aren't you. Very nice crisp shot ... nice colors and just fun in general. Didn't know you were a fan of smileys though.:)

Thanks for the nice words. :D
I just can't imagine what else would be occupying everyone's time.
Looking forward to what you come up with for all of the new Christmas Cameras. ;)

Bill - thanks for the comments. Got in a bit of trouble with one of those light sources (the one that was my wife's bedside reading light  ). Was finding it so useful I forgot to put it back before she went to bed :D .

Thanks for the comments Bill. Our friend is very talented and we were lucky to get her to do two paintings for us.
I really like your artistic culinary skills. Between the brownies and the cornish game hens I think there is a future for you on the Food Network channel. What time is dinner?

Thanks Bill - I would have made comments but I was counting the seconds more of daylight that we are getting- I am finding them vital.
This was yet another swell mix of images. God bless us everyone!

Bayla - Nice entry ... and it's never too late. (I think your setting up your entry for this week's too! A couple skeins of yarn in one shot ... a finished product in another .... voila!)
