Is there a way to make a circular canvas?
I know you can crop a rectangular photo into an oval. Just wondering if there was an opyion for a circulas canvas....

Sort of. You can open a new document with a transparent background. Make a new layer and also set it to transparent. Now using your circular marquee make a selection on the new layer the size you want and fill it with white. You now have your background, but it will have to be saved as a PSD or PNG file because it will automatically fill the transparency with white if you save as a jpeg. Unfortunately we live in a square oriented world and everything opens in that format so you have to be a little creative.

Not to my knowledge. Best workaround I can think of is to save your image in a format (.tif, .psd, .pdf) that would allow you to have a transparent background.
