Border Breakout Written Tutorial

I am looking for a written border breakout tutorial. I had one awhile back , but lost it somewhere. The video in the subscriber area is excellent, but I still want a written tut if available.

If you google "out of bounds" that will get you lots of border breakout tuts.

Here is one of my favorites. It is for CS2, but can easily be adapted to PSE
