PSE5 reactivated PSE3 photo downloader.

After installing PSE5, my PSE3 Photo Downoader began starting up. Prior to installing v5, it did not do this... in fact, I have had both V3 and V4 Photo Downloader disabled. I had also set v5 to not run.

I checked the Preferences in v3, v4, and v5 and confirmed that all were set to NOT run Photo Downloader automatically.

I checked Control Panel and found the v3 downloader service enabled!! I manually disabled it, there - eliminating the unwanted launching of PD v3.

I mention it for posterity, as I was able to deal with the issue. I just find it bizarre that it happened, at all... installation of v5 reactivated the v3 service.

While you are at it, check if Photoshop Elements Device Connect got enabled, too. It was on my machine, after installing 5.0.
