Elements 5 for email newsletter

I have PSE3 and would like to send a New Year's newsletter to friends and family. I'd like to be able to email to those whose addresses I have and print and snail mail a letter to the people whose email addresses I don't have.

I have not found a way to do this on photoshop elements 3 because the email option is not printable and only allows for about 1-2 small paragraphs of writing.

If I purchase PSE5, will I be able to make a newsletter with 3-4 photos attached? Will I be able to both print it and email it?

Noelle, you might find it easier using Microsoft word. Elements really isn't an editor program. You can add pictures to word documents.
