Has anyone else had the problem of having to reinstall PSE5? I have had to do this three times so far. The first time when I was asked to register I didn't. After a few weeks the program stopped working, and I had to reinstall after a removal of course. I just now had to do it again. I now have two "Thank yous" from adobe and possibly two sets of "bonus tutorials." Hope I don't have to do that again! :D

I did not do something correct to get my bonus tutorials - maybe I could just re-install and re-register. . . :)

Mine would not work properly until I registered. Registration was part of the installation process and I had entered the serial number without the hyphens. I had to get tech support on the phone twice before I could get it resolved. Then I had to call again to get the link to the free tutorials. When you finally get someone on the phone they are very helpful, but you have to be VERY patient!

Hi ...
You really don't have to register in order for Elements to work ... although its always better to regisetr software anyway.
... but it should work even if you don't :)

I'm glad I'm not alone with this problem.
Wendy, I did register twice and thats how, I think, I got the two "thank yous". :)

Hi ...
That is unusually as normally it will only let you register it once :)
