New file orientation

Is there an easier way to change the orientation of a new file from, for example, 5x7 to 7x5 other than Image/Rotate/90°left (or right)?

I don't think there's a much quicker way but if there's a new size you use a lot (like 7x5 landscape) you can add it to the list of new document sizes available. Graffi described how to do it in this post:
