First real attempt at reflection

What else should I add to this--to me it still looks kind of empty.

Just for fun, select the water layer with the boat reflections (or put them on their own layer, if they're not combined) and try playing with a Filter>Distort>Ocean Ripple effect.

Careful selection/masking is the key so it doesn't distort the seal!

Ok, here is another attempt and I think I got the water to look a little better. The picture still looks to plain to me, like something else should be in the water or taking up that space.
