Hi Daniel and welcome to the forum. Was a bit puzzled by your question but if I understand correctly you want all your images to have the same border and signature.
The templates that come with PSE5 (with my English version they are .tpl files) are used in creations and I don't know how to edit them - in fact some I haven't even found where they are used.
The easiest way to do what you want is probably to create a border with signature in the Editor, save it as a psd file and then apply that as a layer to all your images.
It would also be possible to turn it into a frame in the Artwork and Effects but that would take Photoshop CS2 to create the frame.
Hope this helps and let us know if that is what you are trying to do.
Don't worry about your English - someone here can usually figure it out and we have a lot of different nationalities on this forum.

Hi Daniel ...
... and welcome to the forum :)
Doing a signarure one would be easy but a border really depends on the size and shape of the images ..
