Renaming files by EXIF in PE 4

I spent two hours last night trying to figure out how to rename files by EXIF with the PE 4 Organizer, i.e. giving them names based on the day and time from the EXIF and the provided user schema. Some time ago on one of my photo classes the instructor mentioned that it was possible, however, last night I couldn't find it anywhere.
Maybe it's so simple that I just couldn't see it because it was too obvious, or maybe the instructor was simply wrong and PE doesn't have that option.
Any help please..?

Elements can't do it. It can be done with IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com). Take a look at it and post back if you need help.
