I'm sure some of you have seen my final image of my dad's poem. I used some scrapbook backgrounds and the size is 12x12.
Now I want to print it on 8.5x11 paper. Is there a way to size it so I don't lose any of the picture? I've tried several things but I can't get it to 8.5x11.
Any advice would be great! I want to frame this for my parents.

I haven't seen the image but I would resize the image to 8x8, print it out at 10x10 and then use a mat to cover the white space. If you couldn't find a 10x10 frame I know that my Joann stores do custom framing for a pretty reasonable price. That's just my preference. I like the look of the square frames as opposed to the traditional ones.

Norma,
If you go with 8.5 x11, you will lose something, it is no longer square.
Or, start with a background of 8.5x11 and then move your other layers on to it, ctrl t and work it that way.
Suggestion would be to print as a 12x12, or one of the smaller square sizes, and then frame. Besides Joannes for framing, Michael's has 12x12 frames in the store ready to go. I would use one of the upload print places mentioned in
several threads here, or possibly go to Kinkos. Kinkos price is about 3.50 ish for the 12x18, (add some little pictures to the empty area.)

Thanks for the info! I've had some images framed at Michael's so that's where I'll probably go. I have a site where I can print - Express Prints. I was just hoping that I could do it myself. But I want it to come out nice so I guess it'll be easier to do it online.
