Hiccuping Stream on Online Training

I've been taking the Layers online training. Sometimes it flows nicely. Other times it starts and stops. Any ideas about making it run more smoothly?

It seems to depend on how may people are accessing it ... some people have said that its better late in the evening :)

One thing I found when I took the Layers course is that as Matt was showing something in a video, if I tried to do it at the same time in PSE, his video would hiccup and stop. I didn't click the pause button; this just happened. I had to click back on the QuickTime window with the video and it started up again on its own.
