Hi, I'm new to this forum and also to Adobe Elements 4.0 The question I have is with the old Adobe Photo Deluxe 4.0 one could setup different albums. ell I liked that cause I have 4 grand children and had them set up separatly and not all together. Can that be done with Elements and how. I really liked the screen layout of the Photodeluxe 4.0 better than Elements. But maybe I have to get used to it. I'd keep using the Photoshop 4.0 but it's so outdated.

I have never used Photodeluxe so I can not make any comparisons. The Photoshop Elements Organizer has a function called Tags. So you can make a Tag for each grandchild. This makes it easy to search and display all photos that include a specific grandchild; it also makes it easy to search for and display only photos containing grandchild A and grandchild C. Or you can search for photos containing all 4 grandchildren - or - photos containing grandchild A and not grandchild B.
Tagging may be a different concept for you - so there will be some learning for you. But it is very useful.
Do you have any of the books on Photoshop Elements? I think the best book on the Photoshop Elements Organizer for learning tagging etc is Michael Slater's "Organize Your Photos with Adobe Photoshop Elements 3". Perhaps you could find it at your library if you don't want to buy it. Don't worry that it was written at version 3; most everything will apply for version 4.
