can someone please help here...
I changed the cache folder from "Startup" to "D:\" (obviously I have a D drive). Now whenever I try to open the editor I get a message
"Could not initialize Photoshop Elements because the file is locked."
and that's it.
Help
I have something I have to deliver tomorrow and I'm panicking. I looked through the registry settings but can't find anything obvious
Thanks in advance.
