I want to try my hand at replacing clipart faces with real photo faces and I have noticed in some of the discussions that you talk about shading, highlighting and painting. I am fairly new at this whole PSE process and wondered if there are tutorials, videos, online training or just some of your expert advice on how to get started and practice.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hi ...
To get things to blend in using the burn tool to shade (or darken) and the dodge tool to highlight (or lighten) work well.
I did a tut Subscriber Area>Scrapbooking ... its called Making a Dummy (Pacifier) in it it shows you how to use both of these tools. It may help you :)

Smith,
When I superimposed my grandson's face on a clipart, I used a layer mask.
